Leads clinical development project delivery for the CNS/Neuroscience therapeutic area, overseeing portfolios, client relationships, business growth, financial performance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and resource allocation. Manages and develops senior project management leaders, drives strategic planning and operational excellence, and serves as executive sponsor for major accounts. Ensures projects meet timeline, budget, quality, ICH-GCP, and client satisfaction objectives.

Leads the Operational Strategy function for global clinical trial proposals across non-oncology therapeutic areas. Oversees team development, opportunity prioritization, operational strategy, feasibility, budgets, risk mitigation, proposal quality, bid defense, process governance, and strategic tool adoption. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to align study execution plans, sponsor requirements, organizational capabilities, and business objectives. Guides complex, high-value opportunities and drives consistent operational excellence across a geographically distributed portfolio.

Manages Clinical Leads and administrative staff overseeing clinical trial operations, compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements, staffing, performance, training, and operational processes. Provide regulatory guidance, manage audit responses, run risk assessments, maintain compliance documentation, and drive remediation and continual improvement across IT and business stakeholders.

Lead clinical systems and technology initiatives across the study lifecycle: govern and deliver clinical platforms (Veeva, Obvio), define standardised reporting and KPIs (Power BI, Excel), identify and prioritise clinical AI/automation use cases, translate business needs into IT-compliant solutions, drive adoption/compliance, and manage cross-functional projects with QA, IT, Biometrics, PM, Medical, and Operations stakeholders.
