Serve as a Sage X3 solutions engineer: design, develop and implement ERP functionality, deliver product demos, create solution designs and estimates, lead architecture reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet financial targets while traveling across North America.

Lead service delivery and client relationships for enterprise Sage X3 ERP clients. Provide program governance, develop SOWs, mentor project teams, manage escalations, measure post-implementation success, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of delivery practices while collaborating with sales and practice leadership.
