The Senior Accountant will manage payroll accounting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, payroll liabilities, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and wage expenses. The role also supports payment processing, including wires and ACH payments, contract accounting analysis in Sage Intacct, commission coding, revenue recognition schedules, audits, and compliance. Success requires strong Excel skills, payroll accounting expertise, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across finance, HR, accounting, and operations teams.

The Sage X3 Functional Consultant analyzes client business processes, defines functional requirements, designs ERP solutions, performs gap analysis, documents workflows, and supports testing and implementation. The consultant manages project delivery, client relationships, upgrades, issue resolution, and product acceptance while assisting sales with proposals, estimates, demonstrations, and presales activities. The role requires Sage X3 or comparable ERP implementation expertise, distribution/manufacturing experience, and at least 50% travel to U.S. client locations.

Manages a portfolio of managed services clients to drive retention, service adoption, satisfaction, and relationship growth. Serves as the primary client relationship owner, leads business and service reviews, monitors client health and risks, coordinates escalations, and advocates for improved service delivery. Partners with sales teams on cross-sell, upsell, and renewal readiness while maintaining CRM records, tracking KPIs, and using client insights and AI tools to improve operational effectiveness.
