Monitors and oversees foreclosure portfolios to ensure compliance with investor, state, and federal guidelines. Serves as an escalation point for associates, attorneys, and internal departments; tracks legal deadlines, exception reports, fees, litigation files, and investor bidding instructions. Performs quality control reviews, conducts loan-level audits, supports procedure updates, prepares reports and presentations, and provides team guidance and training while maintaining operational and regulatory controls.

Leads the enterprise Open Source Program Office by defining governance, licensing, SBOM, software supply-chain, component lifecycle, and InnerSource strategies. Partners with engineering, cybersecurity, legal, risk, architecture, procurement, and platform teams to integrate controls into development workflows, improve transparency, manage dependency risks, and promote trusted reusable components. Establishes metrics, policies, exception processes, and executive reporting while mentoring engineers and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Supports growth and retention of the Commercial Card portfolio through proactive client outreach, account reviews, risk mitigation, optimization, and revenue-generating opportunities. Partners with sales, relationship management, service, and product teams to strengthen client relationships, increase utilization, support supplier enablement, and protect revenue. Provides training and mentoring to junior account managers while maintaining compliance and internal control standards.
