Leads semiconductor wafer-fab yield enhancement and product technology responsibilities. Analyzes production and engineering data, investigates root causes of parametric and wafer-sort yield issues, conducts process experiments, performs failure analysis, dispositions material, and drives corrective actions. Supports new product introductions, process transfers, specifications, process flows, yield-limit maintenance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with process, product, design, and test engineering teams.

Develops and implements product test strategies, automated test programs, hardware solutions, characterization plans, qualification activities, and production test methods for complex electronic assemblies. Troubleshoots test and product issues through data-driven root-cause analysis, improves yield and reliability, supports manufacturing readiness, reviews technical deliverables, and mentors engineering and technician teams. The role collaborates cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, reliability, and failure-analysis organizations.

Builds new business and drives semiconductor design wins to revenue within assigned client accounts. Uses consultative selling, stakeholder engagement, and consensus-building to connect client needs with Microchip solutions. Manages business relationships, develops sales strategies across global teams, communicates client ROI to product divisions, and travels throughout the assigned territory.
