Provide technical leadership for high-power solutions: support customers and sales, drive design wins, define system-level solutions (SiC, IGBTs, power modules), develop reference designs, mentor engineers, and influence product roadmaps while engaging in global customer and market activities.

Support customers using Microchip PCIe and USB products by reviewing schematics, guiding driver debugging and development, answering field sales/customers, creating enablement collateral (app notes, examples, manuals), identifying documentation gaps, and defining high-level requirements to improve customer experience and new product development.

The Project Manager will oversee NPI projects in supply chain, liaise with engineering and supply management teams, and ensure effective execution of timelines and deliverables.
