Perform radiated and conducted EMC measurements per international standards, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, consult and support internal customers on EMC test plans and setups, identify EMC issues and recommend fixes, and improve EMC procedures, tools, and processes while staying current with standards and technologies.

Plan and run process development and continuous improvement projects for thin films/CMP. Design and execute experiments, reduce process variation, develop operating specs and corrective actions, lead problem-solving sessions, train support personnel, communicate results to management, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex process integration issues.

Provide technical support and enablement for Ethernet PHY and switch products: answer customer and field questions, create application collateral and example code, identify gaps in enablement, define high-level requirements for development, and deliver technical training and workshops to customers and sales/field engineers.
