Teams at Matter Family Office

Manage portfolio data and produce accurate financial, performance, net worth, liquidity, and custom reports for high-net-worth clients. Support reporting operations, maintain Addepar and Arch data, verify transactions with investment managers, build Excel models and macros, handle ad hoc analyses, and improve reporting processes. Serve as a resource for client service teams while training and mentoring analysts and maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Owns day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of client families and related entities. Reviews financial statements and bookkeeping, manages bill pay, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes. Coordinates with external professionals, communicates with clients, prepares meeting reports, and mentors Staff Accountants. Requires strong partnership accounting, tax-related knowledge, bookkeeping expertise, discretion, and client communication skills.

Leads Matter Family Office’s organic growth strategy, building business development systems, pipelines, CRM processes, referral relationships, and conversion standards. Personally manages high-value prospective family relationships, partners with service and marketing teams on positioning and proposals, evaluates relationship fit and risk, and coaches professionals to scale business development. Requires extensive experience with HNW/UHNW families, family offices, trusted advisors, and significant new-business generation.
