Teams at Mark VII Equipment

Performs hardware insertion, deburring, finishing, leak testing, material handling, and machine shop support across fabrication operations. Reads work orders, prints, and specifications; uses hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and production machinery to maintain quality and workflow. Requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, physical stamina, flexibility across shifts, and compliance with OSHA and equipment safety standards.

Leads multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software engineering teams developing and sustaining car wash systems. Oversees system integration, embedded controls, design-for-manufacturability, reliability, safety, compliance, engineering processes, and manufacturing optimization. Manages project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change control from concept through launch and lifecycle support while coordinating with production, quality, operations, and international stakeholders.

Develop and maintain embedded controls software for automated commercial car wash equipment. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements and control systems, designing software and tests, interfacing with machine hardware, architecting code for multifunctional systems, debugging, documenting technical and operational processes, and supporting equipment analysis. The role requires collaboration with international engineering teams and up to two months of onboarding at company headquarters in Augsburg, Germany.
