Leads client-facing enterprise IT and ERP projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare. Owns scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and customer experience while coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Provides PMO mentorship, delivery guidance, escalation support, documentation, and executive reporting. Serves as project manager or Scrum Master for high-profile customers and supports continuous improvement, consulting engagements, and cross-practice delivery alignment.

Design, architect, and implement Azure cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS); assess and migrate workloads and Entra AD to Azure; create design documentation and runbooks; automate tasks with PowerShell and IaC; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support transition to operations.
