Owns customer relationships, revenue growth, territory expansion, and end-to-end sales for integrated IT services. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, managing the sales funnel, developing proposals, closing new business, retaining complex accounts, and aligning technology solutions with client needs. The role also requires collaboration with practice and service delivery teams, manufacturer-partner engagement, and maintaining relevant certifications.

Design, architect, and implement Azure cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS); assess and migrate workloads and Entra AD to Azure; create design documentation and runbooks; automate tasks with PowerShell and IaC; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support transition to operations.

Lead architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP implementations. Define solution architecture, support technical and functional architects, qualify opportunities, facilitate workshops, promote best practices including change management, and collaborate across sales and delivery to bring Business Applications solutions to clients.
