Lead and scale a Denver-based BDR team: recruit, coach, and develop BDRs; own pipeline generation, forecasting, and pipeline reviews; define scalable sales processes; partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and GTM; and drive KPIs including SQLs, SAOs, ramp time, and conversion rates.
