Manages relationships with orthopedic practices, surgeons, clinical staff, and patients. Educates patients on surgical planning technology, conducts consultative sales conversations, coordinates patient workflows, schedules CT scans, tracks surgical plans, and maintains documentation in Salesforce. Supports practice onboarding, account growth, patient conversion, reporting, and cross-functional improvements while delivering concierge-level service.

Own post-sale onboarding and activation for new surgeon accounts, including workflow setup, practice integration, and driving time-to-first-case. Manage early account growth, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain CRM and onboarding visibility, and collaborate with Business Development, Client Experience, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Train clinical and administrative stakeholders while providing feedback to improve onboarding and adoption.
