What's the Company Culture Like at Justworks?
Justworks Employee Perspectives
What are some examples of ways your company supports or advocates for the LGBTQIA+ community beyond the month of June?
Justworks focuses on opening space for honest feedback, and elevating the safety and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ in the workplace. Most recently, Justworks updated language used within its app and platform to further recognize the nuances of the LGBTQIA+ experience in healthcare.
How does your company support and empower the LGBTQIA+ members of your team?
Cultivating an inclusive and equitable workplace, workforce and ecosystem is a top priority for Justworks.
LGBTQIA+ members are encouraged to bring their full selves to work, and it is highly encouraged that managers open space for different lived experiences. All Justworks managers participate in an inclusive people management training focused on relationship building, social identity in leadership and disrupting interpersonal bias.
Year round, LGBTQIA+-owned businesses can participate in our JustThrive program, offering credits for admin fees to create access around critical business tools Justworks offers for entrepreneurs hard at work.

Working with talented individuals worldwide has allowed us to learn from different cultures, ultimately enriching our work and the solutions we provide to customers.

We have an incredible culture of knowledge sharing at Justworks. Our teams lead with openness and a customer-centered view, which keeps the challenges of small businesses at the forefront of our work.

We’ve found that so many talented, kind people have been yearning to work at a company where the work matters and where we hold ourselves to high, specific and shared standards in how we work with one another.

On Justworks' revamped onboarding experience:
"Nobody wants to feel like they’re hired just to fill a seat. The whole goal here is to allow people to feel as though they can contribute quicker, that their role matters and that they have the tools available for them to do that, right from the beginning.”
