JR Engineering is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administrative Manager to ensure compliance with regulations, keep detailed records of job descriptions, coordinate interviews for job candidates and conduct onboarding and new employee orientation. The position will also manage, coordinate, and administer company benefits, policies, procedures, and performance reviews.
