Plan rough-cut capacity and monthly production volumes across plants. Track curtailments, shutdowns, yields, and inventory vs. forecast. Run capacity and site/cost scenarios, manage supplier forecasts, coordinate stock transfers, and approve out-of-pattern shipments to optimize production during peaks and shutdowns.

Lead North American technical specification and project tracking to grow industrial insulation sales by influencing engineers, owners, and contractors. Coordinate with sales, product management, I&C, and marketing to develop specs, target specifier firms, track top projects, generate leads, support product development, manage key relationships, present at events, and improve specifier services and tools.

Use corporate TMS to select carriers for inbound/outbound shipments, implement daily transportation plans, monitor carrier service levels and equipment commitments, prepare reporting, identify cost-savings, support procurement negotiations, and coordinate transportation to ensure uninterrupted materials flow across multiple plant locations.

Lead a team of 4-6 Account Specialists managing order processing, sourcing, delivery, invoicing, and customer issue resolution. Drive training, performance reviews, workload balance, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and escalation handling. Develop procedures, monitor metrics, and support hiring, coaching, and policy compliance to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Provide graphical CAD support for roofing marketing: replicate English CAD flashing details, translate to Spanish using Copilot or Google Translate, export Spanish CAD files as PDFs and route to Spanish QC, and deliver final approved files to Marketing. May perform related duties as assigned.
