Provides technical leadership for commercial roofing PVC membrane products. Designs and maintains formulations, supports laboratory work and production scale-up, troubleshoots plant issues, manages documentation and regulatory code positions, and leads multiple improvement projects. Provides plant and production support, deploys engineering standards, identifies process improvements, supports data-driven technical decisions, and manages projects while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Processes and reconciles multi-state payroll, wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, garnishments, levies, and related HR transactions. Maintains payroll data integrity and compliance, resolves processing issues, supports audits, manages inquiries, prepares reports, handles unemployment and unclaimed property activities, and backs up time and labor functions. The role also supports process improvements, documentation, training, and payroll operations for corporate and plant teams.

Lead North American technical specification and project tracking to grow industrial insulation sales by influencing engineers, owners, and contractors. Coordinate with sales, product management, I&C, and marketing to develop specs, target specifier firms, track top projects, generate leads, support product development, manage key relationships, present at events, and improve specifier services and tools.

Manage pricing, quotes, and account support for an assigned region; analyze customer requests and market data; partner with sales, product management, operations and customer service to drive revenue, margin and share; facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure job site delivery expectations are met.
