Provides technical leadership for commercial roofing PVC membrane products. Designs and maintains formulations, supports laboratory work and production scale-up, troubleshoots plant issues, manages documentation and regulatory code positions, and leads multiple improvement projects. Collaborates with operations, R&D, product engineering, supply chain, customers, and external technical organizations. The role also includes data analysis, product testing, field roof evaluations, safety improvement, and support for new product development and intellectual property.

Lead and deliver multiple large, complex capital projects ($40M-$150M) across all phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning. Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, contractors, safety, environmental compliance, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and mentoring project staff.

The Senior Accountant supports month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination. The role analyzes financial reports, resolves discrepancies, prepares accruals and inventory adjustments, and provides financial insights for decision-making. It also requires collaboration across the organization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP proficiency, and minimal travel.
