Provides administrative and operational support for the executive suite, including calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel, expenses, confidential records, presentations, corporate governance documentation, SharePoint and Teams administration, office operations, supplies, equipment requests, and process improvement. Serves as backup coverage for executive support and collaborates with administrative professionals to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Leads complex automation projects across manufacturing facilities, identifying technologies and vendors, developing business cases, managing suppliers and contractors, and overseeing commissioning, startup, and training. Provides automation expertise for robotics, packaging, material transport, and production systems; executes smaller capital projects and supports larger implementations. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve safety, resolve operational issues, standardize solutions, and influence stakeholder decisions.

Leads electrical and controls engineering for manufacturing capital projects across North America.
