Founded in 1983 by Jackie Mulrooney, it provides data architecture, clinical terminology, data quality, and enterprise architecture consulting services, supporting systems for the U.S. Veterans Health Administration and other federal agencies, with the mission of standardizing, managing, and improving the interoperability and usability of data for better patient care and outcomes.
