Provide onsite and remote frontline support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV/meeting room technology. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, perform Windows desktop administration and deployments, manage incidents in ITSM tools, support onboarding/offboarding and equipment lifecycle, maintain asset inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, and follow security and change management processes.

The Instructional Designer II will develop sales training content, manage training operations, and measure program effectiveness using various performance metrics. Responsibilities include facilitating interactive learning and adapting content for diverse audiences.

Lead platform reliability for a high-volume OMS: drive automation, self-healing, observability, incident management, RCA, performance tuning, and mentor support engineers while partnering with engineering and vendors.
