Manage day-to-day office administration and full-cycle bookkeeping for the New York office, including AP/AR, payroll coordination, account reconciliations, vendor management, benefits and pension administration, FARA filings, visa coordination, compliance with policies and local regulations, and general office management and vendor coordination for a small in-person office.

Manage the New York office databank and business matching services, recruit buyers and exhibitors, drive buyer/supplier engagement, track KPIs, research market trends, handle IT and budgetary matters, support projects and outreach, and undertake ad-hoc assignments from the Director.
