Project Assistant (on-site position at our Kuala Lumpur office)
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit buyers and exhibitors for trade fairs and events
- Solicit print and online advertisers
- Liaise and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, trade associations, industry organizations, and media representatives
- Coordinate and facilitate business matching meetings to foster business connections
Job Requirements
- A recognized university degree with relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Mandarin
- Innovative, adaptable, and able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and resource constraints
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant IT tools
Remuneration and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a one-year contract with prospects for renewal upon expiry. Salary to commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered to the right candidate.
