Lead agency-wide clinical and operational quality improvement using PDSA/Lean/Six Sigma. Track/report clinical measures (HEDIS, eCQMs, UDS), ensure regulatory compliance, conduct RCA, validate EHR data, support accreditation/grant reporting, train staff, and implement corrective action plans to improve care delivery.

Provide comprehensive primary care for adults and children including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, procedures, vaccinations, referrals, EHR documentation, care coordination, and participation in quality initiatives and team-based care.

Provide front-desk reception and customer service in a behavioral health clinic: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify payer eligibility, scan and maintain electronic health records, process releases, balance cash drawer, complete enrollments, and support other departments as assigned.
