Provides open-access behavioral health services, including substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring assessments for adults, adolescents, and children. Develops initial treatment plans, evaluates suicide and homicide risk, provides case management, completes enrollment and clinical documentation, manages caseloads, and coordinates treatment and discharge. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, community agencies, probation, parole, and social services while delivering compassionate outpatient care.

Provide outpatient behavioral healthcare to youth and adults: conduct assessments and screenings, deliver individual/couples/family/group therapy, offer case management, complete treatment planning and timely documentation, manage caseloads to meet productivity standards, participate in team consultations, and collaborate with community partners.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students (ages 4–18) in school settings; conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, and consultation with school staff; maintain EHR documentation, productivity, and compliance; travel to two to three embedded schools weekly and collaborate with community resources under supervisory oversight.

Provide peer support to individuals in crisis using lived experience: offer emotional support, resource referral, advocacy, transport clients as needed, assist with basic housekeeping, and coordinate with clinical staff during overnight shifts.

Provide strength-focused, evidence-based, culturally sensitive psychiatric care including assessments, case management, medication evaluation and management, and supportive therapy. Offer clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team, obtain DATA 2000 waiver within six months, and work across Health Solutions locations in Pueblo under the Vice President of Medical Services.

Provide intake, assessment, outpatient therapy, and case management for youth and families in outpatient and home settings. Maintain accurate EHR records, collaborate with community providers, support placement/discharge planning, and participate in occasional evening and on-call coverage.
