Own a strategic business priority across Havenly’s brand portfolio, evaluating growth opportunities, analyzing financial and operational performance, and preparing recommendations for leadership. Drive approved initiatives through implementation, establish accountability, and track results. The role requires strong analytical and financial judgment, comfort with ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and crisp communication with senior stakeholders. Experience in strategy, corporate development, finance, investment, or consulting is valued, with M&A, financial modeling, and multi-brand portfolio experience preferred.

Designs paid social, display, video, email, landing page, onsite, and organic social creative for Havenly’s furniture brands. Develops varied concepts, uses AI tools for image generation and editing, interprets marketing performance, supports campaigns and shoots, and maintains reusable Figma assets and templates. Collaborates with Growth Marketing, Copy, and Brand/Creative teams while contributing typography, composition, art direction, retouching, and brand-system expertise.

Leads multichannel customer acquisition across seven brands, managing paid search, paid social, YouTube, display, offline channels, budgets, reporting, testing, attribution, and vendor relationships. Manages and develops a team of performance marketers while partnering with Brand, Creative, Data, Merchandising, and Product. Uses analytics and AI tools to optimize ROAS, acquisition volume, creative performance, and full-funnel growth.
