Supports the CEO through complex calendar and inbox management, communication triage, travel planning, and special projects. Oversees Denver office operations, vendors, supplies, onboarding logistics, team lunches, events, and workplace culture. Builds scalable operational systems, improves workflows, and integrates AI tools into daily processes. The role is full-time and in-person five days per week at the Denver headquarters.

Own an end-to-end product surface across Havenly’s design services or ecommerce brands, including roadmap, success metrics, prioritization, and releases. Partner with engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, executives, and product leadership to drive alignment and measurable business impact. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to shape strategy, navigate ambiguity, improve conversion and customer experiences, and mentor other product managers. The role is onsite in Denver and focuses on AI-enabled consumer products.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across multiple home-furnishing brands, including email, SMS, push, lifecycle flows, re-engagement, promotions, campaign calendars, creative briefs, audience segmentation, and targeting. Analyze customer and order data in Snowflake, evaluate campaign performance, translate insights into recommendations, and develop AI-powered knowledge bases and workflow automation.
