Performs functional, integration, regression, release, accessibility, and database validation testing. Writes test cases, prepares test data, reports and retests defects, triages automated test failures, and progressively develops automated tests with senior guidance. Participates in Agile ceremonies and uses SQL, automation frameworks, and approved AI tools. The role is expected to grow toward independent automation ownership and test data preparation.

Process invoices, credits, debits, account maintenance, reconciliations, and month- and quarter-end reporting. Communicate with departments, customers, employees, and Collections to resolve billing issues and provide timely information. Maintain accurate transaction data while handling high volumes and applying strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Leads utility and municipal CIS software implementation engagements from inception through stabilization. Manages and mentors application consultants, oversees solution architecture and delivery methodology, balances resources, controls project budgets and forecasts, manages client relationships and escalations, and drives continuous improvement. The role supports complex implementations involving billing, customer service, field operations, integrations, and data conversion while promoting AI-assisted workflows, knowledge sharing, and effective sales-to-services and post-go-live transitions.
