Drive full-cycle B2B sales for online learning solutions across an assigned regional territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, presentations, proposals, closing, forecasting, relationship building with K-12 districts and schools, and regional sales strategy. The role is fully remote with travel up to 20% and requires collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.

Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform while identifying opportunities for AI enablement, workflow automation, self-service improvement, and cross-platform integrations. Configure Service Catalog workflows, portals, forms, scripts, and ITSM functionality; gather requirements; create documentation and test plans; coordinate UAT; support releases and upgrades; and troubleshoot platform issues. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and continuous process improvement.

Directs research and development strategy, software product development, technology roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and project delivery. Leads and mentors R&D staff, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, and reports to executive leadership. The role requires extensive software development, program management, people leadership, financial planning, and bilingual English-Korean communication. International travel to South Korea is required approximately once or twice annually.
