Manage the Carter’s account across the U.S. and Canada, serving as the primary customer contact and overseeing purchase orders, order execution, inventory, forecasting, logistics, and shipment performance. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, sourcing, distribution, finance, and operations teams. Track account metrics, resolve chargebacks and compliance issues, communicate risks, and prepare business updates while supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales growth.

Manages Walmart account sales and operations, serving as the primary contact for replenishment managers and buyers. Responsibilities include sales presentations, inventory allocation, order and style tracking, forecasting, weekly and ad hoc reporting, data maintenance, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports strategic growth, customer relationships, operational execution, and day-to-day account needs while ensuring accurate product and order information across GoldBug and Walmart systems.

Provides high-level support to the CEO by managing calendars, travel, correspondence, priorities, stakeholder communication, and Board of Directors meetings. Oversees office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, workplace services, and administrative functions. Handles confidential business and personal information, supports special projects, and helps maintain an efficient, engaging workplace.
