Supports strategy consulting engagements for energy and power clients by managing workstreams, synthesizing research and data, preparing client-ready deliverables, facilitating meetings, and contributing to implementation and change efforts. Builds client relationships, tracks milestones, coordinates stakeholders, and supports practice growth through research and thought leadership.

Work with construction executives to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement operational solutions across project management, estimating, procurement, equipment/fleet, and field operations. Lead consulting teams, facilitate workshops, support change adoption, deliver measurable results, and contribute thought leadership and industry presentations.

Co-facilitate multi-session leadership development cohorts for construction clients, delivering interactive learning experiences, fostering inclusive, safe environments, building participant rapport, adapting content to group needs, preparing with senior facilitators, and traveling extensively (50–70%).

The Compensation Consultant participates in consulting engagements, conducts market analysis, prepares reports, communicates findings, prioritizes assignments, and supports junior team members in a collaborative team environment.
