Lead and implement a cohesive adult discipleship strategy, activate and equip lay leaders and volunteers, curate curricula and resources, build systems integrating discipleship ministries, partner cross-departmentally, train leaders, and perform pastoral duties (preaching, visitation, counseling) while maintaining theological consistency with ECO.

Lead and manage the congregation's care ministries by equipping volunteers, coordinating care systems and memorial services, providing pastoral visits and counseling, recruiting and training volunteers, collaborating with staff, and participating in worship and churchwide initiatives to support individuals and families in seasons of need.

Lead and grow a ministry for young adults (18-30) by providing vision, planning gatherings, Bible studies, retreats, outreach, volunteer recruitment and training, partnering with staff for transitions, and maintaining communication and social engagement to deepen faith and long-term church involvement.

Lead and grow a Christ-centered high school ministry: plan and run weekly programs and events, build relationships with students and families, recruit and train volunteers, teach and mentor faith formation, maintain records, and collaborate with Family and Youth Ministries staff.
