Provides executive leadership for end-to-end mortgage operations across retail and wholesale channels. Leads operational transformation through process redesign, AI, automation, performance management, technology optimization, and workforce planning. Oversees processing, underwriting, appraisal, closing, funding, post-closing, securitization diligence, compliance, quality, capacity, and customer experience. Partners with Technology, Product, Risk, Finance, Capital Markets, and Compliance to reduce costs and cycle times while scaling operations within existing headcount.
