Review and clear billing edits to ensure clean claim submission to payers and government entities. Research and resolve patient account issues, process payments and adjustments, analyze payer trends, respond to billing queue calls, maintain HIPAA compliance, and recommend workflow efficiencies. Target productivity: 40-60 claims worked per day.

Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, discuss fees and financing, check patients in/out, process insurance billing, collect payments, enter CPT/ICD-10 codes, and prepare end-of-day deposits.

Provide direct pre/postoperative nursing care in an ophthalmology surgical environment. Monitor patients' physiological status, assist surgeons and anesthesiologists, maintain PRE-OP/PACU equipment, perform airway management, educate patients/families, and uphold medical asepsis and patient privacy.

Provide perioperative nursing across Pre-Op, OR (circulator), and PACU: assess patients, prepare for surgery, monitor recovery, manage pain, document care, educate patients, and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams while following regulatory and infection-prevention standards.
