Advise pre-seed founders on product development, customer growth, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and investor introductions. Own delivery and measurement of EF’s three-month Launch program, organize workshops and events, coordinate advisors, and build relationships with venture capitalists and angel investors. Help startup teams accelerate their progress, secure customers, and raise seed funding.

Identify exceptionally talented individuals early in their careers, develop talent-sourcing theses, build expert networks, advise prospective founders, and help select founders and companies for investment. The role involves evaluating potential, supporting career and company-building decisions, and influencing the deployment of venture capital into early-stage teams in San Francisco.
