Leads weekend clinical programming for residential, PHP, and IOP eating disorder treatment programs. Coordinates staffing and daily operations, supports clinical leadership, trains program staff, provides therapy and groups, facilitates meals and therapeutic activities, maintains patient documentation, addresses facility and staffing issues, and ensures a safe, therapeutic milieu. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams while providing onsite leadership and patient support.

Prepare monthly financial statements, manage general ledger, AR/AP, cash activity, payroll and benefits entries, fixed assets, month-end close, budgets, forecasts, audits, and finance policy compliance for a behavioral health provider.

Lead regulatory, accreditation, quality improvement, privacy, and risk management across all locations. Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA and state regulations; develop policies, conduct audits, manage regulatory visits, investigate incidents, direct remediation, and present findings to executive leadership and the board.
