Drives cross-functional solutions across retail wireless operations and external partner networks. Analyzes complex operational challenges, translates technical network functionality into business strategy, supports large-scale projects, and develops operational enhancements aligned with customer experience and financial goals. The role collaborates with executive leadership, technology and engineering teams, and external network partners while improving reporting, communication, workflow efficiency, and operational transparency.

Leads enterprise risk management, legal compliance, data governance, AI legal compliance, and vendor regulatory oversight. The role modernizes ERM using AI and automation, conducts risk assessments aligned with DOJ guidance, governs data retention and privacy compliance under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, manages AI-related legal risks, and standardizes vendor onboarding and compliance auditing. Requires executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership, and substantial in-house legal or law firm experience.

Drives financial visibility through business case evaluation, pricing models, operational metrics, and financial forecasting. Builds financial models, analyzes historical performance, integrates enterprise data, and uses AI analytics tools to improve reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance, develops strategic recommendations, and translates complex financial results into executive presentations supporting organizational decision-making.
