Drives cross-functional solutions across retail wireless operations and external partner networks. Analyzes complex operational challenges, translates technical network functionality into business strategy, supports large-scale projects, and develops operational enhancements aligned with customer experience and financial goals. The role collaborates with executive leadership, technology and engineering teams, and external network partners while improving reporting, communication, workflow efficiency, and operational transparency.

Designs and leads development of scalable enterprise software, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, backend services, batch-processing systems, and data workflows. Provides technical leadership in architecture, integration, cloud development, security, performance, testing, deployment, and modernization. Collaborates with stakeholders and DevOps teams, participates in code reviews, supports production environments, troubleshoots issues, improves reliability, and mentors engineers across distributed teams.

Develops proactive customer-care content for Boost Mobile and DISH across Reddit, Facebook, and X. The role analyzes social listening, search, web, call, chat, and AI-query data to identify customer pain points and prioritize content. Responsibilities include creating written guides, graphics, and captioned videos; building Reddit content architecture; improving search and AI discovery; partnering with product, web, and analytics teams; and using generative AI tools while maintaining accuracy and brand alignment.
