Build pipelines, create customized proposals, negotiate and close sponsorships, and collaborate across teams on revenue strategy, contracting, fulfillment, and reporting to diversify and increase organizational revenue.

Lead policy and advocacy communications to advance downtown Denver priorities. Build stakeholder and media relationships, produce policy briefs, election guides, talking points, and earned media pitches. Coordinate with leadership, committees, and marketing to align messaging and support external affairs projects.

Create and amplify Downtown Denver Partnership communications across social, web, newsletters, and media. Produce press materials, SEO web copy, manage paid campaigns, conduct ground-floor business outreach, support website and marketing operations, and handle day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
