Lead the architecture and evolution of enterprise-scale data platforms, applying distributed-systems and advanced data-modeling patterns. Establish technical standards across dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, ETL, cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring, CI/CD, testing, and source control. Solve complex data problems, partner with senior leaders, provide technical governance, mentor engineers, and drive platform and process improvements.

Lead UX and UI design direction across multiple product teams and surfaces. Own product-area coherence, interaction models, design patterns, accessibility, and design-system quality. Use research, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to inform decisions and measure impact. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research leaders, present cross-team decisions to senior stakeholders, mentor designers, and elevate design practices. The role requires hands-on product design leadership without direct reports.
