Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Content to run A/B tests, use analytics and research to drive improvements, maintain and contribute to the CARGO design system in Figma, and ensure accessibility and consistent brand-driven UI across experiences.

Manage engagement and value realization for key and mid-market broker customers. Drive product adoption via account planning and data, deliver training and enablement, coordinate cross-functional resources, resolve customer issues, and maintain regular communication to ensure alignment with DAT solutions.
