Manage customer accounts, orders, and quote requests across multiple channels while supporting the sales process and identifying upsell opportunities. Supports Outside Sales associates and manages the sales process for select accounts from prospecting through close. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer service, quotes, purchase orders, pricing, product availability, order fulfillment, back-order resolution, estimating, proposals, and project management. Provides product expertise, mentors Inside Sales associates, resolves complex customer issues, and exercises independent judgment with limited supervision.

Lead municipal non-meter (PVF) sales to exceed revenue and profit goals. Develop pricing strategy, forecast and track sales programs, train management, build customer and consultant relationships, and analyze business strategies to drive growth.

Manage and grow targeted national accounts by building relationships, creating and executing business plans, negotiating national contracts and rebate programs, and coordinating internal teams. Perform customer visits, represent the company at trade associations, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee account-related projects. Role requires frequent travel and driving with an acceptable driving record.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with new and existing customers, soliciting orders via calls and site visits, preparing estimates/bids, resolving service issues, sharing market intelligence, mentoring associates, and meeting sales quotas and margin targets.

The Regional Sales Manager oversees municipal sales, leads a sales team, manages pricing strategies, and develops sales programs to achieve sales goals.

Lead growth of the Engineered Valve product group in the WTP/WWTP market by identifying opportunities, developing pre-bid strategies, supporting sales and estimating teams, guiding proposal preparation and pricing, training teams, and managing vendor partnerships and product introductions across regions.
