Manage customer accounts, orders, and quote requests across multiple channels while supporting the sales process and identifying upsell opportunities. Build trusted customer relationships, provide responsive service, solve problems, and coordinate projects from start to finish. The role values flexibility, teamwork, industry learning, and experience with inventory sales or order systems, preferably in industrial distribution or construction supply.

Supports Outside Sales associates and manages the sales process for select accounts from prospecting through close. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer service, quotes, purchase orders, pricing, product availability, order fulfillment, back-order resolution, estimating, proposals, and project management. Provides product expertise, mentors Inside Sales associates, resolves complex customer issues, and exercises independent judgment with limited supervision.

Lead municipal non-meter (PVF) sales to exceed revenue and profit goals. Develop pricing strategy, forecast and track sales programs, train management, build customer and consultant relationships, and analyze business strategies to drive growth.
