Manage multiple commercial door and hardware projects from plan review and submittals through material purchasing, fabrication, scheduling, change orders, vendor coordination, and customer communication to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and finish metal door frames by grinding, sanding, buffing, caulking, and painting. Cut and fasten glazing bead, perform heavy lifting (~50 lbs), and follow safety/PPE procedures during repetitive, physically demanding 9-hour shifts. Training provided.

Coordinate internal teams and external customers, resolve issues, and ensure schedules and customer satisfaction. Comsense and detailing experience beneficial. Requires 3–7 years industry experience.
