Leads DevOps and platform engineering for a regulated healthcare diagnostic platform. Responsibilities include architecting AWS infrastructure, managing Terraform-based infrastructure as code, optimizing CI/CD and deployment automation, improving reliability and observability, implementing security controls, supporting production incidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also manages, mentors, hires, and develops engineers; establishes technical direction and standards; coordinates cross-functional delivery; and represents platform engineering to leadership.
