Builds scalable learning pathways, readiness programs, workshops, executive briefings, and technical training for sellers, practitioners, customer success teams, architects, and leaders. Develops executive and cross-functional relationships, aligns partner priorities, supports AI adoption and cloud modernization, and measures engagement, participation, certifications, readiness, and program effectiveness across concurrent strategic partnerships.

Leads regional execution of a global training enablement program across the United States and Latin America. Manages and develops distributed trainer teams, oversees workforce readiness and training delivery, builds enterprise stakeholder and partner relationships, monitors operational and performance metrics, resolves escalations, and supports resource planning, compliance, process improvement, and business reviews. Requires professional English and Spanish fluency, domestic travel up to 25%, and international travel to Latin America.
