Lead UX Product Designer partners with Product and Engineering to design user-centered interfaces and interaction patterns for a data-intensive benefits platform. Responsibilities include user research, persona and journey mapping, creating wireframes and hi‑fi prototypes, building style guides and pattern libraries, driving usability testing and A/B testing, and delivering engineering-ready assets following Agile practices.

Analyze group health and life insurance contracts, develop RFPs and marketing presentations, support sales with timely benefit analyses, maintain client records, and use APIs and digital tools to optimize quoting and workflow processes.

Support Bswift implementations and ongoing client support by managing data imports/exports, payroll/carrier files, EDI feeds, and transaction analysis. Troubleshoot production issues, perform audits, ensure system accuracy, train client HR partners, liaise with third parties, and recommend process improvements to reduce errors and improve quality control.
