Supports Medicare business operations across agent licensing and contracting, compliance and call-quality audits, customer retention, member support, enrollment verification, and seasonal initiatives. Maintains licenses, certifications, carrier access, CRM records, and compliance documentation; conducts welcome, remediation, and retention calls; investigates grievances and resolves member issues. The role is remote and requires an active health insurance license, Medicare certification, strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with Medicare regulations and carrier systems.

Build and support scalable data platforms and pipelines, leading migrations such as Snowflake to BigQuery and transitioning reporting to Looker. Responsibilities include data architecture, ETL/ELT, API and marketing integrations, data quality, production troubleshooting, warehousing, performance optimization, and platform modernization. The role partners with analytics and business teams, owns projects through production, documents solutions, and provides technical guidance.

Lead technical onboarding and integrations for media and client partners: configure APIs and postbacks, validate XML/JSON payloads, diagnose and resolve integration issues, conduct QA and launch readiness, maintain technical documentation, and standardize onboarding workflows while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
