Provide technical service and support for polyurethane products and equipment to key accounts. Troubleshoot equipment, perform QC inspections and root cause analysis, develop and deliver training, update SOPs and documentation, coordinate maintenance/repairs and spare parts, and communicate design or QC changes to account managers. Role requires significant travel and fieldwork.

Lead and coach Carlisle business units on continuous improvement using COS/Lean/Six Sigma tools. Facilitate Kaizen events, implement MDI, 5S, TPM, Idea System, and Policy Deployment. Coordinate improvement programs, train employees, measure project results, and support plant and office teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Frequent travel to Carlisle locations (~50%).

Drive revenue and margin growth across strategic accounts in the West Region by building relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors, influencing product specification, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, delivering presentations and trainings, representing the company at events, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet regional targets.
