Manage and execute customer quotes, follow up to close sales, own assigned accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, record activity in Salesforce, and support field sales to drive revenue growth.

Lead and coach Carlisle business units on continuous improvement using COS/Lean/Six Sigma tools. Facilitate Kaizen events, implement MDI, 5S, TPM, Idea System, and Policy Deployment. Coordinate improvement programs, train employees, measure project results, and support plant and office teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Frequent travel to Carlisle locations (~50%).

Manage and grow national/regional cold storage accounts, drive specification and revenue for roofing, insulation, and vapor management systems, prospect and qualify projects, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, lead proposals and negotiations, partner with technical services, represent Carlisle at industry events, and travel approximately 70%.
