Manages complex tire engineering programs and continuous improvement projects supporting Bridgestone Motorsports, primarily IndyCar and Indy NXT. Develops project plans, schedules, and resource requirements; monitors performance and risks; resolves issues; supports technical standards and resource selection; and communicates progress to leadership. Leads cross-functional collaboration, influences decisions, and travels extensively to race and testing events, including up to 15 weekends annually.

Owns the enterprise Active Directory service lifecycle, roadmap, architecture, security, compliance, resilience, and hybrid Entra ID integration. Governs delegated operations, managed service providers, RACI boundaries, incident and change management, privileged access, backup and recovery, and collaboration with security and infrastructure teams. The role provides strategic platform accountability rather than day-to-day account administration or server operations.
