Designs polished, on-brand presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, fundraising, partnerships, conferences, and donor engagement. Translates complex ideas, data, and narratives into compelling visual stories; develops PowerPoint templates, presentation assets, icons, charts, infographics, and reusable design libraries. Creates custom graphics and animations, manages multiple projects and deadlines, applies accessibility and brand standards, and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to improve presentation quality and consistency.

Leads major individual giving efforts by managing a 100–150 donor portfolio, identifying and qualifying prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting five- and six-figure gifts, and stewarding donors. Develops personalized fundraising strategies, gift proposals, briefing materials, and stewardship reports; collaborates with executives, board members, local agencies, programs, and communications teams. Maintains donor records in Salesforce, tracks pipeline and revenue performance, supports continuous improvement, and travels approximately 25–30% for donor engagement and organizational meetings.
