Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor conducting technical discovery and comprehensive technology assessments across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint management, networking, and security. Develop actionable recommendations and roadmaps, support pre-sales, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, document findings, and participate in remote and onsite engagements to improve clients' reliability, security, and operational maturity.

Implement, manage, and optimize scalable Azure and AWS cloud environments; design and document cloud architectures; onboard large clients; troubleshoot complex cloud issues; support pre-sales and vendor relationships; cost and performance optimize; productize solutions and evaluate new technologies.
