Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for point-of-sale systems during events. Diagnoses hardware, software, and firmware issues; replaces defective equipment; performs stadium system walk-throughs; creates LAN cables; and escalates problems as needed. The role is part-time, seasonal, primarily evening, weekend, and holiday-based, and requires outdoor work, extensive walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and physical activities including kneeling and bending.

Provide full-cycle HR support for a busy venue: recruitment, onboarding, investigations, employee relations, coaching, compliance, benefits/leave coordination, HRIS file management, and event-hour HR coverage. Partner with managers to drive engagement and ensure staffing for events.

Provides customer service and sales support in event gift shops at Ball Arena and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. Greets guests, recommends merchandise, processes POS transactions, maintains inventory, restocks and cleans shops, implements plan-o-grams, supports event setup, and promotes merchandise and events. Requires flexibility for late nights, weekends, holidays, and varying duties, plus the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
