Leads accounting advisory engagements for CFO organizations, covering audit readiness, SOX compliance, M&A, ERP integration, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and IPO support. Manages client relationships, delivers strategic financial solutions, applies U.S. GAAP and FASB expertise, develops consulting teams, and contributes to business development. The role requires an active CPA license, extensive public accounting and corporate finance experience, ERP proficiency, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Leads and grows Aprio’s national Talent Advisory practice, managing a $3M client portfolio across talent engagement types. Responsibilities include expanding enterprise accounts, signing new clients, driving talent solutions revenue, placing contractors and employees, mentoring sales and recruiting teams, generating cross-segment referrals, and serving as a national talent solutions subject matter expert.
