Manage residential real estate escrow transactions from contract review through closing. Verify paperwork, title status, taxes, funding, and compliance; coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies; resolve issues and meet deadlines. Build and retain agent relationships, help market the business, train and supervise escrow assistants, and attend closings to ensure successful completion.

Support closing representative by preparing and processing loan and closing documents, auditing contracts and title items, preparing estimated closing statements, maintaining files, recording documentation, sending checks, and coordinating with agents, lenders, and other parties to complete real estate closings on time.

Own franchise sales across the Southeast territory, from prospect generation and relationship development through negotiation and conversion. Build and manage a sales pipeline, meet annual quotas, present the Corcoran brand value proposition, guide prospects through the application process, and collaborate with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams. The role requires CRM proficiency, business judgment, persuasive presentations, and approximately 50–75% travel.
