Builds broker relationships, sets and monitors closing targets, coaches teams to improve lead conversion, recruits and retains high-performing brokers, and manages network changes. Uses data analytics to drive accountability, program adoption, service quality, and operational improvements while collaborating with cross-functional departments. Requires an active or soon-to-be-obtained real estate license and up to 10% overnight travel.

Leads title and escrow sales growth across Colorado and Utah by developing regional strategies, recruiting and coaching sales teams, strengthening business partnerships, managing pipelines and forecasts, and driving revenue, market share, quota attainment, and accountability.

Manage and allocate web lead sources while coaching real estate agents on lead conversion, CRM usage, customer service, and technology adoption. Host individual and group coaching events, drive revenue and performance metrics, support agent recruiting and retention, coordinate education strategies with leadership, and communicate with branch managers and associates. Represent the Web Leads team at meetings and oversee agent recognition programs. Local, regional, and occasional overnight travel may be required.
