Sell insulation solutions to homeowners through lead management, outbound prospecting, canvassing, home assessments, estimating, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Maintain CRM records, coordinate handoffs with technicians and field managers, build customer and partner relationships, and report on pipeline activity. The role includes in-home visits, community outreach, local travel, and navigating attics and crawlspaces.
