The Analyst Relations Lead will establish and execute the AR program, develop strategies, optimize KLAS presence, and engage with key analyst firms.

Own and scale Ambience's 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast; lead annual planning, monthly forecast vs. actuals reporting, cash forecasting, and board materials; build pipeline-to-revenue forecasting engines; partner with GTM, RevOps, Product, and Accounting to ensure GAAP-ready forecasting and margin representation.

Lead and build Ambience's accounting function: own monthly close, US GAAP financial statements, external audit, internal controls, tax compliance, treasury, accounting policy (ASC 606/842), systems implementation, and a growing accounting team while partnering with finance, legal, and operations to support scale.

Lead and scale the enterprise seller and ADR teams to drive pipeline generation, forecasting, hiring, coaching, and deal inspection for AI clinical documentation sales into large health systems. Build operating cadences, onboarding, account-based outbound, and cross-functional partnerships to improve forecast accuracy, close rates, and seller development.

The Head of National Strategic Accounts will drive Ambience's revenue by winning large health system accounts, leveraging relationships, and coaching the sales team on complex deal strategies.

Provide frontline technical support for clinicians using Ambience's AI documentation platform via Intercom, email, and PagerDuty. Diagnose and resolve complex EHR integration and user configuration issues, create and maintain Notion/Intercom knowledge resources, escalate trends to Product/Engineering/CS teams, and contribute to CSAT/FCR reporting and on-call rotations.

The Business Operations Lead will drive cross-functional initiatives, redesign workflows, manage pricing strategy, and establish operational processes to enhance company efficiency and scalability.

Provide frontline technical support to clinicians using Ambience's AI clinical documentation platform. Diagnose and resolve platform, EHR integration, and user configuration issues via Intercom, email, and PagerDuty; build and maintain troubleshooting guides and SOPs in Notion and Intercom; escalate recurring trends to Engineering, CSM/CES, and Product; contribute to CSAT/FCR reporting and participate in cross-functional meetings. Shift flexibility required, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

The Senior Value Attainment Analyst will analyze customer data to create ROI analyses that support renewals and expansions, ensuring accurate methodologies and compelling presentations for health system leadership.

As a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, you will develop sales content, training programs, and competitive intelligence to support enterprise sales teams, ensuring effective sales enablement for complex healthcare solutions.
